What is Brad Dwyer Movement coaching?
Have you ever considered your health to be when body, mind, and spirit are in the state of equilibrium, comfort, and harmony? The model of coaching practiced is about empowering clients and participants to know their strengths, limitations, inclinations, and proneness to disease, and to carry out continuous self-assessment to take charge of his or her own health.
As a movement & lifestyle coach, a client’s physiological loads are assessed so individual programs can be can written to address lifestyle imbalances and stress. . My education & training gives a strong perspective to identifying and assessing functional deficits & imbalances in the core, back and body. This is done with orthopaedic assessments that measure joint angles, range of motion, & posture.



Assessments allow a greater level of transparency for the new participant and coach to understand appropriate levels of intensity to start with, and an appreciation of any underlying limitations new participants may have.
Completing a 1 on 1 assessment allows for the fastest results and smoothest transition to our semi private sessions and 1:1 and online personal coaching. Our semi private sessions might be a little overwhelming for first timers and even seasoned trainers. New participants will learn specific warm ups and mobilisations, breathing techniques, movement pattern specific skills and how they can benefit from the coaching methods utilised with clients.
My process has been tried over many years and will give someone the positive start they need to reach the results they want. All new participants will receive an online video program including specific and individual warm ups, mobilisations & core exercises to ensure everyone knows exactly what to do.
To put it simply, clients who have assessments train more, are more efficient with their body and get longer lasting results!!
